Magistrates Court

Utility Pro Solutions are installing a total of 40 new connections with a new uprated BNO supply for our client which includes switching out the current HV supply and converting the HV metering to LV metering and the replacement of the existing HV transformer for a package substation with a new incoming supply cable to meet the demand of the new load.
Hopwood College Campus

We were instructed by our client at very short notice, after another Utility Company let them down, to divert 2 x 800amp electric circuits of 300mm 4core SWA XLPE cables which were running through the centre of their £8.1million extension development along with a diversion of a 110mm ductile iron water main. With only 3 days notice we successfully quoted, mobilised and completed the diversions for our client which enabled them to keep to their build programme.
New Subway Retail Unit
Northfield Birmingham
Our client, who are a national retail developer, trusted Utility Pro Solutions to provide a new 60kva retail unit electrical supply and 2 x standard residential electrical supplies for the residential conversion above the retail unit. Furthermore, we were asked to install 3 x Barrier pipe water services and provided WIAPS certificates as required. The successful delivery of this project has resulted in our client contracting Utility Pro Solutions to delivery 4 more sites.
Former Co-op Building
Walkden Manchester
Our client, who are a main property developer in the Manchester area, chose Utility Pro Solutions to help them provide a full electrical installation for the conversion of the full second floor of their commercial retail units into 12 flats plus a landlord supply. Our works involved arranging the new 100kva supply point and then a full BNO installation including a meter room to house all the cut outs and meters in a communal area.
City Centre Development
Roscoe Street, Liverpool
Our client has instructed Utility Pro Solutions to install new water and electricity supplies including a new HV/LV substation to supply a total of 89 flats at this new £10million city centre development.
